Can't live without it
I have decided I absolutely cannot live without this product. My last bottle ran out about a month ago and so I opted to run to the drug store and pick up some generic remover and BOY was I sorry ~ it made my eyes blood red!I then opted for Avon's remover and hated that I had to practically scrub my mascara off my face, plus it barely removed it!So I called my Mary Kay lady last week and begged her for a bottle which she gladly brought over! I've since thrown away my other non-Mary Kay bottles!This is the best product on the market! Eye makeup comes off so easy and gently with a cotton ball and no rinsing required!I LOVE IT!!! Strips the Make Up Off!
I use waterproof Dior mascara, which is very dark and difficult to remove. I've used other eye-make up removers and the only ones that I really LOVED were this and the Shiseido make-up remover. A lot of others leave a kind of film all over your eyes. At $15 vs. $26 though, hands down the Mary Kay remover wins.I now use Waterproof LashBlast Volume Mascara. The Mary Kay doesn't work quite as well on it as it did on the Dior, but it still does the job quite well. I've found I do need to let the mascara "soak" in the solution for a bit though. My new favorites; move along Almay
I've used the Almay makeup remover pads (the ones in the small round container) for years. And they have slowly gotten more expensive. So for awhile I switched to gauze pads and an eye-makeup remover solution. Eh - it worked, but I didn't love it like I did the Almay pads. Then, I stumbled across the Neutrogena makeup remover cleansing towelettes. I'm hooked. They are big enough that you can wash your entire face with them and still have a section available to take off your eye makeup (waterproof liner and mascara!) They have a wonderful lavender smell. (I suppose if you don't like lavender you may not like these.) I gave one to my daughter one night because I wanted her to try a new eyeliner, and she came back later and said, "can I have some of those for Christmas?" I will admit they are not cheap. But, the 2 pack of 25 means it lasts me 2 months (there are usually at least a couple days I go without makeup), and I get them on the Subscribe & Save, so it's an even better...

Not perfect, but still great.
I've been using this stuff for years, and I do love it. I have to say, though, it has a hard time with some things, mainly mascara and eyeliner. There's always a little that isn't removed. I wind up having to do "detail" work with a q-tip to try to remove what's left along my lashlines. It never stings, and feels nice and soothing. I have been using dermalogica products now for about a year and I will say that the soothing eye makeup remover is the best Ive ever used. It may be a bit pricey, but its worth it. I tried a different brand and it stung my eyes and left my eyes and area around my eyes greasy. Yuk! No oily residue!
I really like these--and I have tried many others. What impresses me most is that I don't have to deal with that oily residue that most other makeup remover pads leave behind. I find it harder to remove the oily residue and if you don't get it all off, it can adversely affect your makeup the next day--mascara and eyeliner runs and smudges, etc. I guess I haven't had the problems other people are finding with waterproof mascara, etc. I find that it does remove that. I just leave the pads on my lashes a little longer, soak them well, etc., before I start wiping off the mascara. It works for me. Top to learn more

Almay makeup remover pads
I have been using these pads for years to remove eye makeup. They work great. I keep a container in the shower so the water softens the mascara. It just comes right off with the pad. Then I rinse my face to remove any of the chemical from my eyes, otherwise, my eyes tend to water. I do think they are a little too expensive. Top to learn more

Very small and thin
I decided to give these a try after the price on my regular Neutrogena eye makeup remover pads was too high. The Almay pads are less than half the price, but each pad is super thin. I don't feel like its enough to really remove all of my eye makeup, and I don't wear a ton. They work, but I like the bigger thicker Neutrogena pads better. This eye makeup remover is awesome! It works perfectly for non-waterproof mascara and adequately for waterproof mascara. I usually apply it twice for waterproof mascara - I simply used my fingers cuz don't like to use cotton pad, but I guess cotton pad/towelette would work better. Top to learn more
