Can't live without it
I have decided I absolutely cannot live without this product. My last bottle ran out about a month ago and so I opted to run to the drug store and pick up some generic remover and BOY was I sorry ~ it made my eyes blood red!I then opted for Avon's remover and hated that I had to practically scrub my mascara off my face, plus it barely removed it!So I called my Mary Kay lady last week and begged her for a bottle which she gladly brought over! I've since thrown away my other non-Mary Kay bottles!This is the best product on the market! Eye makeup comes off so easy and gently with a cotton ball and no rinsing required!I LOVE IT!!! The best I've ever tried.

Strips the Make Up Off!
I use waterproof Dior mascara, which is very dark and difficult to remove. I've used other eye-make up removers and the only ones that I really LOVED were this and the Shiseido make-up remover. A lot of others leave a kind of film all over your eyes. At $15 vs. $26 though, hands down the Mary Kay remover wins.I now use Waterproof LashBlast Volume Mascara. The Mary Kay doesn't work quite as well on it as it did on the Dior, but it still does the job quite well. I've found I do need to let the mascara "soak" in the solution for a bit though. Favorite Makeup Remover
I have used many things in the past to get my makeup off and by far this works the best. Unlike the drugstore makeup removers, this leaves no oily feeling afterwards and it gets ALL of my makeup off. Very Watery, But Works Well !!
This is a Product which I do Not Have Occasion to use on a regular basis. I bought it as a Gift, But I have seen it work pretty good.Though it is Oil Free, The Watery Solution Has Some sort of Sediment in it, which I cannot figure out what it is. I really like the product but I have to say that it left a residue that felt almost soft instead of oily. It was easy to remove with a piece of watered toilet paper though. Aside from that, it really does the job! :) Top to learn more

great makeup remover
I was shocked to find Avon replaced their perfect ware biphasic makeup remover and replaced it with a lotion. I didn't want to go down that road again, so I bought Rimmel makeup remover and it doesn't work at all. I also bought Maybelline makeup remover and it also sucks. I read a review about neutrogena's makeup remover and decided to try it out and it works even better than the Avon did! This was a blessing in disguise. No more waking up with makeup under my eyes! Best Eye Make Up Remover I've Tried
I honestly don't know why I continue to try anything other than this remover- it works SO well. It takes off eye makeup easily without much pressure or having to scrub.Pros:Inexpensive, doesn't sting, effective (again, it takes off your makeup without much effort)Cons:Might leave a little film, but if you use it at night you are putting moisturizer on anyway so it doesn't really negatively effect anything.Again, I don't know why I even try other removers at this point since I am so happy with this one. My new favorites; move along Almay
I've used the Almay makeup remover pads (the ones in the small round container) for years. And they have slowly gotten more expensive. So for awhile I switched to gauze pads and an eye-makeup remover solution. Eh - it worked, but I didn't love it like I did the Almay pads. Then, I stumbled across the Neutrogena makeup remover cleansing towelettes. I'm hooked. They are big enough that you can wash your entire face with them and still have a section available to take off your eye makeup (waterproof liner and mascara!) They have a wonderful lavender smell. (I suppose if you don't like lavender you may not like these.) I gave one to my daughter one night because I wanted her to try a new eyeliner, and she came back later and said, "can I have some of those for Christmas?" I will admit they are not cheap. I haven't tried many make-up removers before, I usually just go with soap and water. These weren't too bad. They removed all my make-up, including mascara and eyeliner. I didn't get that raccoon look that you usually get when you try to remove mascara, which was great.The packs are resealable which is nice, it keeps the towelettes moist. The thing I didn't like about them was as another reviewer remarked, they do leave a slight film on your face. An almost greasy feeling. Also, if I got any of it in my eyes, they would slightly burn.I always did a thorough rinse with water after using them, which took the residue off, but the fact that it left the residue (and slightly irritated my eyes), is what made me give this product 3 stars.
