Great Product
Great lotion. It works as advertised - non-greasy, light and quick absorbing. Does a great job of moisturizing the skin - not as great as the thicker creams but its a trade-off for the completely non-greasy feel. Really like that it can be applied to the face, body and be used after shaving - sooths the skin nicely. Highly recommend.

Yes guys need to moisten up their skin just as woman do and we don't want to search high and long for what works and what doesn't work. It seems many companies out there finally understand that there is in fact a market for men, hence why these products are now readily available.That being said, I have dry skin pretty much everywhere and I'm picky about what I put on my body.Pro:Compared to other lotions that I've used (Lubriderm Daily Moisture, Vaseline Men's Body and Face, Vaseline Intensive Rescue Hypoallergenic, etc.) this one is pretty much up to par. I have tried other Neutrogena Sunblocks ( Dry touch and Sensitive Skin) they both left my face either white or greasy. This was in my mom's bedroom so I decided to try it, I was amazed, it felt like I was wearing nothing. No white cast, no oily face. I'm prone to acne so I don't enjoy sunblocks but I have pale skin with freckles so I need sunblock. With my previous sunblock (cetaphil spf 50) I had to wear powder on top of it to get rid of the shine but with Neutrogena Spf 110 there is no need. The price is a little high but I loved it so much that I bought it the same day after trying it. Top to learn more

A MUST for everyday use!
Some Neutrogena products work for me and some don't-this is one that exceeds all other Neutrogena products! I have oily acne prone skin that is very pale. Over the years I have built up less sun tolerance, and a need for sunscreen daily because of the use of other products that my skin very sensitive to sunlight. It does leave a slight white sheen on the face-but because of this I only need a powder and not a liquid foundation as well. I have never burned when using this sunblock and my skin does not breakout because of it. Some sunblocks make my skin turn red and get a burning sensation around this eyes-this does neither and my eyes never water after application.This is both a chemical and physical sunscreen. It does have the spf smell even though it says it is fragrance free (depending on the tube/box you get) but it is nowhere near as bad as other sunscreens. Although it is suppose to be reapplied frequently-I apply it twice a day and most and do not have trouble with... Top to learn more
Pale people rejoice!
I love to go to the beach with my dog and with this sunscreen I can go for several hours without ending up burnt to a crisp. Even better, the cream doesn't feel sticky or greasy like a lot of sunscreens, so I find I'm much less hesitant to put in on. Their SPF 70 and 85 are also great for the body. "Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion" was recommended to me by my Doctor. My skin was so dry this year, that I was using lotions like crazy. I tried so many of them, and within hours I had to reapply. I was always feeling greasy after application. It was like I was oiling up to swim the English Channel or something.So I gave this one a try. One more to add to the list. The difference was this one actually worked! It says it moisturizes for 24 hours (yeah right!, I thought), and it does. It absorbs quickly, and left my skin feeling much smoother. One tip my Doctor gave me, that I'll pass along is to just barely pat dry after showering, and apply the lotion while still a little wet. I too was utterly fed up with the claims of expensive lotions and their producers, making false and misleading statements about their "amazing" moisturising abilites. Some of these lotions worked well enough at the moisture bit but at the cost of making you feel like an butter basted chicken most of the day!I approached the 24 hour effect/ non-pore clogging claims of Aveeno with scepticism. I was very surprised and for once, entirely satisfied with the purchase. It is lovely. It works, it has a pleasant and subtle aroma. Reminded me of very mild, wheatgerm shampoo my Mother swore by in the 70's. The only lotion that I am NOT allergic to!
Due to having had cancer and have gone through chemo I now react to any type of perfume or dye out there. I really truly do. I have tried everything under the sun until I found plain old Aveeno. I can't even use the Lavender Aveeno but that is ok. This is just as good. My skin stays soft and supple for days. I no longer get rashes from my medications or from too much sun exposure. Nice, thick lotion that sinks right in
I usually don't buy lotions (especially in a large size like this!) without first smelling them since I can be sensitive to smells, but I went ahead and bought this lotion sight unseen (scent unsmelled?!) based the reviews. I've used Alba Botanical products in the past and have always loved them, and this one is great, too!The lotion is nice and thick, but it sinks right in, so that you don't feel greasy and your skin doesn't feel heavy at all after using it. Also, the scent is very, very light and subtle; it doesn't compete with my perfume, and is definitely gender-neutral. In fact, the scent fades away after a few minutes of applying it.Another big plus is that I can use this on my legs right after shaving, and it doesn't burn, as I was afraid it would because of the alpha-hydroxy acids in it.I've been looking for an SPF lotion that was lighter-feeling, and this one is definitely great. Pregnancy really takes a toll on a woman's skin. Mine was left completely lifeless and ashy. I tried every lotion that I could find and still it looked dead and gross. I tried mixing my own vitamins in lotions, I changed my diet...everything. Finally after reading reviews on amazon, I decided to try Alba. OMG...immediately fell in love with the feel of it on my skin, it just seemed to give me back that natural glow that I had been missing for so long. It's what works tha counts
For the past ten years I have put up with dry skin on my face. I have tried numerous products some have worked for a short while and then the same problem reoccurs. With this product(I have used it connsistently for 3 months) the dryness has gone away! Until I read a couple of the other reviews I had not thought too much about the smell, the lotion is fast drying and after a few seconds the smell of the vaseline isn't even noticable. Incredibly effective lotion
I picked up the Vaseline for Men lotion at a Wal-Mart close to where I go to college. I have very sensitive skin and am on an acne regimen that dries the bejesus out of my skin. So I have been looking for a face lotion for a long time now; and for the body too if I need it! For the pretty low price that Wal-Mart had I thought what the heck I will give it a shot. So glad I did!I will first address the topic that most people seem to have a beef with: the fragrance. Yes this lotion has a scent which may not appeal to everyone. I find it quite pleasant myself. Maybe I just like the spicy smell it has who knows. With the dime sized, probably smaller, blob that I use for my whole face and neck, the scent mellows out within a matter of minutes. Not an issue in my opinion, but I could see how using too much or just the scent at all could deter some people. Effective but Lacking
I purchased this lotion to try to relieve my dry itchy skin. Just about every lotion I try still leaves me flaky on my legs. While the lotion does moisturize, I can't shake the feeling that I'm sweaty and dirty. It's oily and greasy, and leaves me with an uncomfortable "need a shower" feeling. On that note, the scent, as one reviewer commented is horrible. It's pungent, heavily spiced, and some of you may know exactly what I mean by this, smells EXACTLY like English Leather cologne. Nauseating at best, BUT a VERY effective moisturizer. I would recommend DOVE Hydro instead. It actually contains vitamins and nutrients for your skin and won't leave you with a nasty greasy feeling.
