Clarisonic vs. Olay Pro-X - an excellent value!
I know you are wondering if a $28 item can compare at all to something that cost nearly ten times the price. The answer is YES! I have the Clarisonic Pro - which is the top of the line for their model, so before you spend the money on both, I'll do a side by side comparison for you. Mind you, I am VERY happy with my Clairsonic. Even knowing that this I am happy I made the purchase for both of them, since they are fairly different. Here's why:Size: The Olay Pro-X is about half the size of the Clarisonic. This is actually better in many ways. It is easier to hold, lightweight, it fits in my shower caddy easily without dropping, you can travel with it very easily. I think this is my favorite part about the differences. It also makes the brush head much smaller, which has a different effect. Of course, the motor is at least half the size as well, and this effects how this feels. Amazing
I was looking for something like this but I didn't want to spend $200 on the other brand when I wasn't sure it would work. For $30 I can take a bit of a chance. I have been using this brush since Christmas Eve and I am amazed at how much better my skin looks. At 56, zits and clogged pores that just dodn't want to go away are pretty much on the mend. Imbedded black heads have disappeared. I wouldn't use this more than once a day because it tends to dry out my skin. Hydrate after you use this. In short, I'm really glad I bought this cleaning system. A little instruction about how often to change the brush head would be nice, but I can live without it.

Face Wash and Makeup Remover. Tear free!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I wasn't sure what I was getting exactly, but am so happy with it. What it is is a dry little towel, 5x7 inches or so that has a solution in it. you wet it and kind of rub it to get the suds out. Then you can wash your face and remove your makeup. I use it to remove my eye makeup and it doesnt sting at all, which I was so happy about. So, I will continually buy this as the product runs out. It saves me time and im more encouraged to wash my face bc i have to take my makeup off anyways. LOVE IT. Note: I cut these in half because I dont have a ton of heavy make up on, so half the towel does the trick for me. I cut a stack at once. Oh, other great thing, you dont have to worry about sealing the package like other towels cause these are dry and you add water.

Best face towelette for me!
The newer face towelettes that are already wet have too many strange things in them and they make my face break out. The Olay 2-in-1 is a simple cloth that you have to wet, but it cleanses and exfoliates very well without additional ingredients that may cause problems for sensitive skin. I've used them for several years.

Excellent facial cloths. I love them!!
I am 36 years old and I do not remember a time when I did not have acne. I have a very oily face and suffer from moderate to severe acne. I have tried so many different products to no avail. About eight months ago, much to my dismay, my acne started getting worse. I started getting large, red, deeply embedded, and very painful pimples all over my face (I used to get this kind of pimples only on my jaw and chin and on my temples.) Every so often I would do a little bit of research to see if anything new came on the market. I had read many times that I should be very gentle with my face. I made sure to buy deep cleansing products, some of them dried my skin for about two hours and then the oily complexion would come back with a vengeance. Compared to Pond's & Neutrogena...
In the last couple months I have purchased and used three brands of facial wipes/towelettes: Pond's (the "Evening Soothe" variety in the purple packaging), Neutrogena, and now this Burt's Bees. I couldn't stand the residue left by Neutrogena's and once the package was used I tried Pond's, which has a lovely scent (I much preferred the Evening Soothe scent to their "morning" scent) and I've been very happy with Pond's.But when I saw that Burt's Bees has a new facial wipe I had to try them, seeing as Burt's Bees makes wonderful skin products that I LOVE. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so I know good skin care when I see it, and Burt's Bees has always produced fantastic products (I highly recommend their Orange Facial Cleanser and Radiance SPF 15 Day Lotion, by the way). So, naturally, I was excited to try this new product.The price is a bit higher than Pond's but you get 30 towelettes as opposed to 25 that the other brands offer so I was okay with that difference...

Pleasantly surprised
I had purchased Burt's Bees facial cleansers before and was not impressed, but I saw these on sale at a local drug store and decided to give them a try. Not bad! The wipes are soft and stretchy, and to my surprise, they actually do a really good job at taking off almost all of my makeup. It leaves a clean, fresh feeling. My two complaints:1) It doesn't remove mascara...at all. (That's why I said "almost" all of my makeup)2) This is pretty minor and sounds crazy, but the way that they package the wipes drives me nuts. Most of these types of products position/fold the wipes so that the edge is in the middle of the wipe and visible in the opening (hopefully that makes sense). It makes it easier to grab ONE. The way these are packaged, not only do I struggle with trying to grasp ahold of it, but when I finally do, I end up pulling out 2-3 of them and I have to stuff the extras back into the package. Really annoying.

I wish i could give it 3 and 1/2 stars
I can get really lazy about washing my face at the end of the day but these are really quick and easy. I used to use aveeno's positively radiant cleansing cloths which, while they worked wonderfully, they were full of chemicals (a variety of parabens) and i was really wary about prolonged use. Furthermore aveeno's cloths required to fully wet and wash/rinse your face and they were always more expensive at my local drug store. with burts bees, its so simple to just wipe my makeup off at the end of the day, no washing/rinsing required. the scent is a sort of sweet citrus- i think its kind of nice. i do agree with other reviewers in that it doesn't take off mascara very well... like barely at all. It takes off my powder (bare mineral) makeup but i dont feel like it really gets in there and cleans deeply (though it doesnt claim to). Overall, mostly satisfied and certainly a nice natural option but not sure that I'll stick with these forever.

handy & cleared up baby acne!
We love these! My daughter had some infant acne and being so young we couldn't use anything on it. We use these once or twice a day for a few days and it clears right up. Also nice for on the go and gentle enough to use on "eye-boogers." We use mostly natural and unscented items and the smell doesn't bother us. These are definitely large enough to cut in half for a face & hand wash. A diaper-bag must have!

Good, not great
I used to buy these five plus years ago & was crazy about them. They smelled great, left no sticky residue & were perfect for quick clean ups. I just bought these for our baby & they left a filmy residue on him, still smell great but he felt like he needed a bath after using them.

I love these!
My daughter has very sensitive skin and these are great. They clean her face and hands in between baths, and don't irritate her skin at all. I really like the scent too. If you don't like the way other Mustela products smell you won't like these, but if you do then you'll love them. My only complaint, and the reason they didn't get 5 stars, is the packaging. The package tends to not stay closed after a few days. So if you aren't using the wipes regularly they can dry out.

AMAZING!! I have not had pimples in a month!!
I never write reviews but I'm shocked by what this has done to my skin. I have been using this for about 2 months now and my skin has DRASTICALLY changed. I had really bad acne problems. I was breaking out for the past year and was on the verge of going to the dermatologist because I looked horrible. Even my friends were beginning to comment on my skin. Then, I went to TJ's and bought these. Well, the smell almost knocked me over but I didn't let it stop me. I would say it took about a month for my face to clear up. I still have acne scars (aargh!!) but I have ZERO pimples. I have been pimple-free for about a month and my skin is RADIANT! There are days when I see a pimple trying to form but this stuff makes it go away!! I'm telling you--this stuff rocks!

Finally!
I have acne prone skin that is also very sensitive. I'm oily in summer and normal/dry in winter. Using this product in conjunction with the Thoroughly Clean wash with tea tree and awapuhi has worked wonders for my skin. The pads help control oil and safely heal acne overnight. It does smell awful, but when it's rinsed, there's no residual smell. In the summer, when I'm really oily, I use the pads twice a day (morning and night) with each wash. In the winter, I have to reduce use to once at night. I've had the best results using the two Desert Essences products to cleanse and moisturizing with Suki Moisture Serum with echinacea and chamomile.
