Aqua Glycolic - LOVE these products!
When I was receiving a facial several years ago, the esthetician suggested I try this line of products. (And she wasn't trying to sell it to me because they didn't stock this). I tended to have issues with Adult Acne - annoying large cysts along my jawline and they seemed to last forever. Within a short time of using this line of products, they stopped appearing and I just won't go back to using anything else. I have been using Aqua Glycolic for at least 3 years now and my skin looks and feels so much better! And the nice side effect is that I don't tend to use as much concealer or base makeup because I don't need to cover much up. For anyone with Adult Acne issues, I recommend trying these products. BEST VAULE...BEST FACIAL CREAM
I am 39 years old, I have been getting facials for 20 years, used every product to mankind from AHAs, retinol, vit c, etc. I begad glycolic acid peels in my late 20s, being a nurse, I am very well informed about different great products. I began botoxing my forehead in my late 20s and have done doctor chemical peels for 10 years... I got tired of spending soooo much money of glycolic creams that were a fortune with far less glycolic content than this cream. I LOVE this cream!!! I bought 3 months ago and use daily. Here is what I love...Glycolic acid to me is still the only formula that rejuvenates skin to look dewey and fresh and YOUNG...People say I look 30, and I think it is because I have been using glycolic acid on my face like a religion, nothing peels and resurfces skin better with removing dead cells than glycolic. I am not a doctor, but just my EXPERIENCE...REtinol is great for age spots but so is glycolic and retinol is terrible if you even have the littlest bit of sun...

Great Products
I love this product! I also battled adult acne for years and tried everything, including dermatologist prescribed creams, pills, etc. When I finally discovered this face cream, I couldn't believe the results. I have been using it for 4 years now and a few months ago tried an Oprah recommended face cream only to have my face break out terribly. So I went back to my Aqua Glycolic and in a few weeks, my face was all clear again. I will never switch again and now I am also adding the face cleanser and toner to my daily routine!

O-M-G! Magic in a jar!
I am usually very lazy about writing reviews unless I absolutely love or hate something. This cream I LOVE. Mind you I've only had it four days, but in FOUR DAYS I've seen a dramatic improvement in my skin! About my skin? Blotchy from sun damage and acne scars. It's been horrible having to deal with all this after living 30+ years with great skin. Suddenly it all changed in my 30's and I was dealing with adult acne and then hyperpigmentation from skin over-exposure. Ugh. I hated wearing all that concealer and face make-up but had to! I also refused to spend hundreds if not thousands on laser treatments, etc. For me that was just submitting to being gouged by a greedy industry. Clearer complexion, even with sensitive skin
I love this cream. It doesn't have any parabens, propylene glycol, bht, or alcohol. This was great for me since I am trying to discontinue the consumption/use of food and skin care products with ingredients that have alleged health risks or that are known carcinogens. In addition, I have extremely sensitive skin and some products cause me to have allergic reactions or breakouts. But that's not the case with this brand of glycolic acid. Please keep in mind that I've used higher concentrations of glycolic acid in the past to remove dark spots from some of those allergic reactions. If you've never used glycolic acid cream or had an acid peel before, I'd recommend starting with a lower concentration and expect initial irritation when you first start using the product. This cream keeps my skin smooth and clear, and it practically eliminates breakouts. Good, Except for Those With Oily Skin
Let me first say that I love glycolic acid products. This stuff cleared my pores out in no time and after the pores were clear they started to shrink. It also helps to clear up and dry up acne pimples(the ones on my forehead are gone, gone, gone after only a week). My laugh lines are virtually none existent now too. I used it before bedtime and couldn't wait to get up and look in the mirror every morning.The only reason I give this a four stars is that it makes my skin so greasy and I already have oily skin. I have learned my lesson to read the ingredients though before I buy and I see that this has added oils in it. I have found that I can get oil free glycolic acid (Yay!!), so that is my goal.I do recommend this product for women who have normal to dry skin though. This product is my Holy Grail
My skin and I haven't been on speaking terms for years. Horrible, brutal, stubborn, disfiguring cystic acne, so viciously tenacious that I had to go through...yes, count 'em...not one, but TWO rounds of Accutane to rid my self of it, and I STILL get a nice cyst on my back or chest every once in a while. I had pockmarks on top of pockmarks...forehead, cheeks, temples, chin, bridge of my nose even. I hate my skin, I really do. I've gone through 2 deep dermabrasions (through a plastic surgeon, not the micro kind), plus about 30 DEEP chemical peels. My scarring improved a lot.But professional options get expensive, and taking weeks at a time off while my skin healed wasn't feasible. So I tried other methods to get rid of the rest of the scarring.Over-the-counter products like Mederma didn't help. I always tend to stay away from chemical peels because of the horror stories I hear and because I have fair, oily, acne prone skin.I purchased the 35% peel just to try it; to see if I'm missing anything. I'm sorry I didn't have the guts to try it sooner. :o)It is absolutely fantastic. I had a couple of breakouts I could not, for the life of me, get rid of. I put this on with a cotton ball, and I did wait the full 4 minutes; it tingled, but did not burn in any way. I washed it off and thought "okay, no miracles here". My face did feel smoother but that's about it.The next two days I noticed quite the improvement. My chin cleared up and my face was, again, smoother, and more even and most importantly, no breakouts. I did not need to even put on powder (which I did not live without).You do have to use a moisturizer after the peel. Great product. It is your first chemical peel with training wheels
I have been using this product for a month to treat hyperpigmentation from pregnancy. I think the best way to apply this product is with a fan brush, with that being said I purchased my brush from a local craft store for $3 & it worked great. This product is a gel, but not in a thick hair gel sort of way, this product has the consistency of pancake syrup. If you apply this product & find it running into your eyes or down your face you are applying way too much product, all I needed was about a nickel sized amount of this gel to cover my whole face. I use the product every 5 to 7 days, and even though they send a small bottle that is enough for many applications.It is not advised that you exfoliate your skin prior to using this product. I wash my face with a gentle cleanser & then wait an hour before I apply the product. This is a great product, I have recommended it to many...and now to you.I started using these products maybe 15 years ago after being told about them by a friend. She had a necessary procedure done on her face by a well known cosmetic surgeon. He suggested using this range of products. I know that scarring depends on quality of skin and the surgeons skill, but, virtually NO scarring. I swear its this stuff. It worked just like he said it would, and after that example, I have been using it ever since. Ok, but not the changes I was hoping for.
I meant to click two stars, but am unable to change that... I used the product trio (cleanser, toner and lotion) twice daily for a month. I experienced no stinging, burning or redness. The cleanser is creamy and does not lather (I prefer lather).There was not any "amazing" difference in my skin. My skin might have been a little smoother, but not so noticeable that I could tell for sure. The breakout issue might have been a little better, not a lot better. I could not tell any difference in the size of the pores as the other reviewers say they can. The one big difference I could really see was that this product really "bleached" my skin - not an effect I wanted to happen.Those of you who want to lighten your skin / fade your tan - go for it. However, I won't purchase these products again. From a facial cleansing standpoint, I can purchase something a lot less expensive and get the same results.

Excellent and definitely worth it!
I had pretty good skin to start with but there were some things I wanted to improve. Not only did this product improve the items I wanted to address but it also had some other benefits.***The texture of the skin in my tear troughs under my eyes was crepe like and would make the concealer look "cakey". The skin texture has been dramatically improved. The surprise is that my under eye circles almost invisible now. I don't even need to put on concealer anymore.***When I smile I would get a bunch of wrinkles under my left eye. There was one deep wrinkle and the other finer wrinkles. Those fine wrinkles are gone and the deep wrinkle is much less noticeable.***I had orange peel texture on my lower cheeks and around my mouth. Much of this is now gone. The deep texture on my left lower cheek is still there, but significantly improved.***The skin above my lips looks awesome. My hubby even said "the skin around your mouth looks great"...

VERY pleased
I started having problems with adult onset acne at about age 25 - am now 40. Have tried everything - oral antibiotics, topical antibiotics, retin-a, etc. etc. Despite trying numerous dermatologists, I never got what I considered good results - just a three minute visit and a couple of scripts. Decided to try this - at the price, nothing to lose. Man am I pleased. For the first time, acne is resolved (I have used the peel once a week for about six weeks). My scarring is improved and my skin tone is becoming much more even. Even improving my melasma. I would highly recommend this product. Word of caution. Acne will worsen after the first treatment - wait it out - it will improve Dramatically.

Definatly works!!
At first i was skeptical of this acid peel, but changed my mind soon after.I took before photos to see the change the peel would have on my face, and its only been about 4 weeks, but i will take pics soon of the after results after 6 weeks.Im 20, male, white, with slightly oily skin, and acne that sometimes turns horrible on me and makes cysts only on cheeks though. One cyst next to my eye and eyebrow left a bad scar.This stuff does tingle a bit, but very bearable. Used first for 2 mins, and had no effect, upped it to 4, same result. Used the full 8 mins the next day, started to see improvements. I modified the instructions a bit because my skin is used to exfoliations by 10% benzoil peroxide which only made pimples smaller and face a bit dry.I used every other day for the full 8 mins every time. But i suggest follow their instructions first before adjusting it. No down time here, and no redness like some people mentioned, and i dont apply...
