Amazing product
I have passed this product in the shopping aisle many times and finally gave in and decided to try it. I am so glad I made the purchase. My skin feels and looks amazing. It's velvety soft and I can't stop feeling the difference. My regular facials have never made my skin feel this good. I'm starting to wonder about their training now.At first I thought the price was too high but when I factor in the fact that I don't have to pay a babysitter to watch my toddler, set a facial appointment and pay for gas to get to that appointment, it's a savings in the long run. It is so worth it.I will continue to recommend this product! Great job Neutrogena - you did your research!BTW, please remember that it's supposed to be a gentle scrub to your skin. I had to jump in and grab the device from my girlfriend who looked like she was scrubbing a greasy pot. If you want to wear make-up afterward, you'll need to remember your skin isn't made of metal. Excellent product
I have been using this product since it came out on the market. When I turned 40 my skin needed help. I haven't stopped using it. I am 47 now and my skin looks and feels fantastic. My teenage son also uses this product for his severe acne. We tried every product for his acne and nothing worked and we did not want to continue using Accutane. My son had severe side effects while using Accutane for only 4 days. Although this is not a cure for acne, my son's face looks fantastic. I cannot afford to go to a salon and pay for daily microdermabrasion treatments. This product makes microdermabrasion affordable. I highly recommend this product! Top to learn more

Good Product, but have to stick to it
While this kit will not give professional micro dermabrasion result, it is good to achieve small results. I suffered more flaky skin with this compared to a professional micro demabrasion. Your face will feel smooth after the first use, but don't be deceived by it because you may experience flaky skin the next day. It is bit harsh and irritating for people with acne. The 2 step process is ingenious.The 1 step peel doesn't work as well (glycolic acid peel). This 2 step product package by Olay gives you professional results and makes you look half a decade younger.I thought it was a placebo effect until my husband tells me what I did to my skin and that I look a lot younger after he came back from his 2 week business trip in Asia.After 3 weeks of use, I notice a lot smoother skin with greatly reduced fine lines and wrinkles. I only use it 2 times a week because it is starting to get a little sensitive. I want to use it more often but don't want to risk it.If your skin gets a little sensitive like mine, I recommend getting pure organic argan oil like this one and apply a tiny amount over your face after this...

I love this stuff...
Buy this product and you will feel like you had a facial, seriously. I have used it twice and my skin felt ultra soft. This kit is easy to use, simply rub the crystals on your face for about 1-2 minutes. The crystals are like a salt scrub. Then put the peel serum directly on top of the crystals and rub for about 1 minute (it will feel warm on your skin). Then rinse throughly with warm water. Less than 5 minutes and you are finished! The kit looks like you could use it 10-20 times before running out. Be careful not to get it near your nostrils and eyes. After using this kit, my pores were less noticable and my skin wasn't red like most products will do. For $30, it isn't too expensive and you will actually save money by not going to a spa for a monthly facial.

Effective, keeps it's promise - reletively pricey, though
I hemmed and hawed over buying this, spending 15 minutes looking at it in the drugstore before deciding to buy it. Then I had to literally run to the register and pay before I changed my mind. I'm glad I did.I didn't know what to expect, since I've never used a microdermabrasion product before. I have no regrets. This seemed to lift a veil of dullness from my face, even as I was massaging in the tiny crystals, which are the first half of the treatment. Both elements of the treatment smell divine. I recommend this product to anyone who is on a tight budget, or dosen't have time to skip off to a dermatologists office over their lunch break (like the beauty magazines nonchalantly suggest) for a professional chemical peel.The missing star is due to the high price. I think that there are similar products on the market available for 7-10 dollars less, though I can't vouch for their effectiveness. All in all, however, a nice product I will purchase again...

Great Product...Double Duty?!?!?!
I love this product. There are sufficient microdermabrasion pads included in this pack to get you hooked on using it--and hooked you will be, for the results speak for themselves. My face is squeaky clean and smooth after using, and I feel like my other facial products are that much more effective (such as moisturizers and serums) after using this product every 3 days. It seems to be having good results in terms of decreasing the look and size of my pores.As a fun aside note....I think that this product could also be used, ahem, for another purpose. It has two speeds, and the head that the microderm pads are attached to, can also be detached. So. Just sayin'. Top to learn more

Just purchased - good price (after checking out the ProX prices, and that thing they have on the infomercial at over $250).Anyway, at 61, my skin is pretty good for my age, but it ain't 25 year old skin anymore! This product has done a nice job, and I've only used it 3 times - I already see a difference, a 'brighter' refreshed look. Just for the hell of it, I used the pad twice, and it worked fine! Maybe I didn't use it long enough the first time so it still had some "go" left in it. But, give it the ol' 1-2 try!I would have liked the pads to be maybe a little more abrasive - for older skin, that would be better. Clarisonic vs. Olay Pro-X - an excellent value!
I know you are wondering if a $28 item can compare at all to something that cost nearly ten times the price. The answer is YES! I have the Clarisonic Pro - which is the top of the line for their model, so before you spend the money on both, I'll do a side by side comparison for you. Mind you, I am VERY happy with my Clairsonic. Even knowing that this I am happy I made the purchase for both of them, since they are fairly different. Here's why:Size: The Olay Pro-X is about half the size of the Clarisonic. This is actually better in many ways. It is easier to hold, lightweight, it fits in my shower caddy easily without dropping, you can travel with it very easily. I think this is my favorite part about the differences. It also makes the brush head much smaller, which has a different effect. Of course, the motor is at least half the size as well, and this effects how this feels. I was looking for something like this but I didn't want to spend $200 on the other brand when I wasn't sure it would work. For $30 I can take a bit of a chance. I have been using this brush since Christmas Eve and I am amazed at how much better my skin looks. At 56, zits and clogged pores that just dodn't want to go away are pretty much on the mend. Imbedded black heads have disappeared. I wouldn't use this more than once a day because it tends to dry out my skin. Hydrate after you use this. In short, I'm really glad I bought this cleaning system. A little instruction about how often to change the brush head would be nice, but I can live without it. Top to learn more

Difference after one use!
OK I am always skeptical of products, especially expensive ones. My mom bought it for me, and I was disappointed with how small the bottles are. I tried it one time and I was so impressed that I bragged about it to everyone. I have KP (little tiny bumps) and little black dots in the pores of my nose (not blackheads, had them my whole life)... and after only one time, my skin was super smooth and those black spots were 90+ % gone! I was shocked. I wish I could use this system everyday because it just makes my skin absolutely glow. It also reduced some visibility of scars and pores, but I can't say it does too much for wrinkles. Top to learn more

Totally worth it!!!
If you are looking for some serious exfoliating, and really want to pamper yourself, then this is what you need! I'm not getting paid for any of this, but just think that other people should be as happy as I am with this!The bottles are sort of smaller than I thought they would be-but that is okay since you really don't use too much of them at all. Just a tad bit of the tube, and you are silky smooth instantly. It almost feels like little grains of sand just taking away all of the dead skin cells, and then a new face comes out.It arrived fairly quickly, much faster than I anticipated. I use the lotion that comes with it, however I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal to substitute your own if you feel you must. Very Nice
I used a sample of this product and liked it so much that I am now looking for a cheap alternative. I have never used any of the OTC microderm products before so I can't compare this to anything else, but I can say that if I could afford it I would stay with this one. The crystals in step one are very small and uniform (better than Cosmedicine Medi-Morphosis Self-Adjusting Exfoliator, and they don't dissolve), and the base isn't heavy - definetly more crystal than cream. You use it on wet skin after cleansing so the water is really the vehicle. It rinses easily and there is no residue from moisturizers or creams that other products might leave. Step two is a light lotion that is meant to soothe and protect your skin, and is very nice. I couldn't tell which step was better, because the lotion really leaves a nice velvety finish without talc or greasiness. I give the product 4 stars because I don't know yet how it compares to Loreal or Olay. I suspect that it is much better than... Top to learn more

i am in love...
**it say's Mario Martinez, but Mario is my husband, he has not used this product...this review is written by his lovely wife...ME! :)anyway, i ordered this along with the nightcream. as soon as my package came i ripped it open and used it. I absoulutly reccomend this scrub to anyone who loves to exfloiate. I dont like those "bead" exfoliators that dont really give you a good scrub. if i could, i would use sandpaper on my face...i love a grainy, rough exfoliator that really gets down to the nitty gritty. this product is not for the faint of heart. after use, i immediatly saw my skin brighter, glowy, and it felt very soft and silky. the night cream also worked wonderfully and made my skin feel even softer. hours later i can still feel the soothing of the nightcream. i love this line and will be ordering a few more products from them. plus great shipping spead, i got my order in 3 days. Wow!
I've been looking for a decent microdermabrasion scrub that is not primarily a cream with a little bit of sand thrown into it. Those products I just keep in the shower to scrub my neck and chest.Not this one. This is the real deal. And as someone who tends to have a heavy hand when applying moisturizer, toners, or any other cosmetics, this is definitely a product to be applied sparingly. Seriously, a little goes a long way. But it is fabulous. My skin is smooth and glowing after using it and I feel like I am getting positive results.I had never heard of this brand before surfing on Amazon and now I am going to be trying out some of their other stuff.
