Fuzz gone painlessly !!
I have two problems: upper lip fuzz and very sensitive skin. Unlike the "regular" Nair facial hair remover, this feels cool and soothing on my skin and it does remove the fuzz. It also smells good, unlike the usual Nair chemical odor.

Not bad item. Doesn't smell as bad as Nair usually does and didn't burn skin as bad either. Can only leave on at most for 5 minutes! My skin is very sensitive!

Great Product!
This completely removed all the hair, and it left it feeling soft. Also, it doesn't have a bad smell like many other hair removers do. After trying other products, this is all I will use now.

Works, but ouchy, ouchy!
I despise spending the time to pluck out stray hairs or to wax my mustache. Therefore, this ouchy product is worth the pain. Even if you use it exactly as it says, you may end up with chemical burns if you are extremely careful with your first use.

Good but ouchy
This does in fact remove all the hair. It works really well in that capacity. The smell is very minimal and the cream is easy to apply. So why 4 stars? It left my upper lip with a chemical burn. I looked like I had a sun burn for a few days. It also kept burning after I had wiped and cleaned it off. I really recommend doing only the minimum time exactly and immediately cleaning it off. I also tried it on the little bitty side burns I had ( only I could tell they were there) and it worked really well.Summary: Product does exactly as intended but can/will leave slight chemical burn on face. Use carefully. I'll update later to see how long the hair stays away. Best of luck to all!!!

Works great!
I was skeptical after reading some reviews that said the individuals had experienced a lot of redness, pain, and bumps. I have sensitive skin, so I was worried I would get bumps and that it would burn alot. However, it really worked great! No bumps, and minimal pain. I left it on for longer than you are supposed to and I couldn't even feel it, but all the fuzz is gone! It smells good too. Definitely recommend.

Works better than others
I ordered this product because the pervious Nair I had used left chemical burns on the outside corners of my mouth :( despite having used similar products off and on for years. This product works better, however, I still had a slight reaction to is, but is probably specific to me and would not happen to anyone else unless they had similar issues. As I've continued to use it in moderation, I've had less of a reaction. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a mild hair remover for the face.
