Works wonders!
I've been using this product for a few years now, and I wouldn't go a day without it. I have acne prone skin and this stuff really helps to slough off dead cells and prevent breakouts. I actually use it as my main cleanser because soap can be drying and this stuff is very mild. Has a pleasant scent which is rare for a toner! I just use a cotton pad, wipe, and moisturize. Done! Easy. I've noticed a big difference in the appearance of my pores and general skin tone. But don't be discouraged if you don't immediately see results - I only noticed results after a few weeks of steady use (once-twice/day).

Wonderful Toner!!
I have been using this toner for a couple of weeks and I am really pleased! I am 44 years old and I have dark acne scars. These scars have started to lighten up and my complextion have a wonderful glow and clearer look. I don't have any wrinkles but I really have noticed a difference in my complextion. This toner also pulls the dirt out of my skin as well. I don't think the smell is strong at all.

This Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner left my face feeling clean and fresh and didn't dry my skin out like some other toners do. This product claims to reduce the appearance of pores and lines, which I didn't really notice, but maybe you have to use it for longer. Though this toner had a fairly strong medicinal fragrance, I didn't find the odor objectionable and it seemed to dissipate rather quickly after application. I'll continue to use this and see if the appearance of my pores improves.

awesome product
So I've been using this a little less than two weeks, and I must say, it's worked better than many of the more expensive counterparts I've tried in a shorter amount of time. This lotion basically works as a moisturizer with the exfoliant AHA [alpha hydroxy acids], and I never really gave the idea of putting aha's on my skin because I thought my sensitive skin would go nuts but hey! my skin feels smoother than a baby's butt. [...]So I went and got it and I tried some on my face right away. It STUNG! And I was like, "hmm... let's give it a few more days."Granted you do experience stinging at first, but I stopped feeling it in a week [I only use it once a day since I have the spf version]So it's day 12, and my skin feels so good and smooth and clean looking that I feel compelled to write this review!

Fantastic moisturizer
I was so relieved to find this product on Amazon after not being able to find it in any of the stores in the UK when I moved from America. I've been using it for the last 2 years and have never found another moisturizer that gives my skin such a healthy glow and prevents breakouts and fades my freckles as well as this one. Only problem is that in winter I sometimes have to use a richer moisturizer once a day instead because the alpha-hydroxy can be a little bit drying. Overall great product though.

Not for face but great for sun damaged skin
I purchased this for my face but never used it because it's a bit strong and burns slightly when you put it on your face. So it sat in my closet for a year or so and then I decided I either needed to use it or throw it away. I started putting it on my arms after taking a shower and I was amazed that within a few days the skin on my arms started looking better. I have some sun damage due to spending too much time in the sun and I've tried other creams that were suppose to be for sun damage but this one is the only one that really works. So while I can't necessarily recommend it for face use (it just seems too strong), I can HIGHLY recommend it for sun damage on the rest of your skin.

Feels clean
This product definately makes my skin feel cleaner and refreshed. It does sting when applied, especially if you have broken skin due to acne, etc. I have noticed an improved look to my skin, but not really a reduction in acne, unfortunately. I will keep using though b/c it makes my skin smooth and gives it a very clean feeling.

Actually works

Nice surprise.
I usually buy skincare from Sephora, but wanted to cut expenses. Some of my friends told me how great Neutrogena spf lotions are so I gave a try. This kit was a great buy! Not only the price is good but also all 3 products are doing awesome job.Cleanser: a pea size gives nice foam and removes all face make up and most of eye make up, doesn't make skin dry and tight. The container is 6 oz and will last a while. The scent is not the greatest but nothing offensive.Eye cream: leaves skin around eyes moisturized, lightweight, but because of AHA I use it in the evening.Face SPF contains retinol so exfoliates dead cells, makes skin soft and glowy, also lightweight, there is no residue, skin looks healthy and perfect for regular foundations as well as mineral make up. Amazing Price! Amazing products!
When I was in my late teens my dermatologist recommended Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Cream with SPF 15, just for moisturizing my face. I loved it and used it for 4 years, and then of course I thought I found a "better" NEWER product so I changed and from then on I kept changing and changing and now 8 years later I have found myself back at the same products that were recommended for me in my late teens. I always price check my local store and Amazon before I actually buy. While checking Amazon, I found this set! Amazing deal, for the face wash, the face lotion, and the eye cream I paid $12.00, which is what you pay for just the face lotion alone, in store and even on Amazon. Astonishing!!
I have never reviewed a skin care product in my life, but this product is so amazing I want to shout it from the rooftops! I am 31 years old. I still occasionally get breakouts and recently I have started seeing some fine lines around my eyes. I've tried more products than I can list and either they did absolutely nothing or made my skin even worse by causing more breakouts, making my skin really oily, or drying it out. So really when I bought this product I didn't expect much. However, to my total amazement, after ONE use I could see the lines fading and after three uses some of the lines have DISAPPEARED. I look FIVE YEARS YOUNGER after just a few days of use!! I am using this product along with Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream and I will NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE. Absolutely the best facial wash I've ever used
This was the one product that helped me elimate my acne after suffering with it almost 20 years. It's also very inexpensive, feels nice, smells neutral, and is one of the 3 products I've found that contains alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). The nearest thing I've found to it was a dermatologist-supplied product that costs $29.95 for 8 fl oz. This is less than a third of the price and I like it better.Neutrogena also makes a product that contains alpha hydroxy acids, but it contains other acids as well that don't improve perfomance and burn your eyes if any seeps in. The alpha hydrox product does not sting your eyes.The alpha hydrox line is difficult to find in stores, so I always order my supply online. If the company ever went out of business I'd have to attempt to buy a lifetime supply. I've got a stockpile of about 10 bottles of the wash stored in the basement!

OMG! Finally my face is clear....
I have tried everything...Obagi, Dermalogica, ProActive, Clear Skin..etc. Finally I found Alpha Hydrox. I am African American, 28 years old and I live in Houston (so humid). I have very, very, very oily skin and adult acne. My face was gorgeous in highschool, but as soon as I went to college disaster struck. I went to dermatologist, I took prescription medicine, but nothing ever worked more than two months. I have been using Alpha Hydrox products since last year and my face is beautiful. I had dark spots and they are slowly clearing up, but the oil production has SIGNIFICANTLY decreased. Im so suprised I must admit, I never thought I would be able to go a half day without being oily, much less a whole day. I do get about 1 to two pimples (very small) every now and then, but nothing compared to how a use to break out (more than 10 pimples). I use the complete line of alpha hydrox products. I will never use anything else. Thank you so much I feel like I have my life back!

I have been using this product for at least 5 years. I have tried other "generic" brands only to be disappointed. This product keeps my sensitive skin blemish free and healthy looking. I don't even use the other items in the product line. I follow up with some real lemon juice and a moisturizer and I still get great results. Very, very pleased.

AMAZING
I have never taken the time to actually review a product but I just had to for this one. Let me tell you a little bit about my skin condition and how this product has affected me.I'm 26 years old with very fair skin. However, many of my high school/college years were spent in a tanning bed. I've always loved my skin when tan but when it finally sunk in that if I kept tanning I would look like a prune, I luckily stopped for good. However, I always hated the way my skin looked. Miracle in a jar
I am 24 years old and was searching for a cream that I can stick with for many years to come. This is the absolute only cream that has ever given me visible results in a short period of time. My skin RARELY breaks out anymore and my skin tone is sooooo even now. This also works wonders on old acne scars. This particular product may tend to dry out your skin so as reccomended on the jar I usually follow it up with a moisturizer. I just use the alpha hydrox spf 15 moisturizer. Another bit of advice if you are looking to try these products ....the alpha hydrox website is so much cheaper. I got a whole set that included the souffle, spf 15 lotion, facial peel, spot lightener, and face wash for around $40 including shipping. Best I have found.
I am 60 years old and have tried every high-end product on the market. After one week of using the Souffle my skin glowed, felt extrememly soft, and was noticed by my husband (who doesn't notice anything!) Some other products left my skin greasy or dry and flaking. I have rosacea and it has become less noticable. This is just right and I can't say enough good about it. Nothing is going to change my skin back to my 20's but this does a great job of aging gracefully.
