Excellent solution for acne
I have used a solution of these two products Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment, Vanishing Formula, .75-Ounce Tubes (Pack of 3) and Neutrogena Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment, Oil-Free Acne Wash, 9.1 fl oz (270 ml) Bottles (Pack of 3) and this have been the only thing that I have needed for have my face clean of acne for the last year.I use the cream in the night before go to sleep and the soap gel for washing my face on the morning.When you start using it you can use it more often if you want but is going to dry your face, I see results after 20 days.A friend of mine also use it and she now have her face clean, it tooked more time to her but it cleared her face.Excellent product overall!!!Note: You have to use it EVERY DAY, the day that you don't use it, it is going to start appearing acne in your face, as long as you use it every day everything is fine.

WILL NOT TREAT EXISTING ACNE
This product will not treat existing acne! It is, however, part of a solution for treating/preventing acne. It's important to know what this product is for. I'm in my late 20's and never really did anything about my acne. I've always had mild acne on my back, chest, and face. A couple of months ago I decided to take it seriously. I bought Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit Foaming Scrub, a similar product, and used it religiously twice a day on my face, for two months, in addition to taking two showers a day instead of one. During this time, the acne on my face would go away, come back, appear in different spots, just as it always has. Key Adult Acne Scrub!!
Allot of people could use this product alone to stop breakouts if they have moderate adult acne but people with bigger adult acne problems should really try this product and Oxy Maximum Daily Face Wash along with controlling or eliminating processed sugars in their diet before resorting to a Dermatologist. I have spent ALLOT of money on Dermatologist appointments, medications (which often damage the liver), and the MD's brand of acne wash - all of which did little more in the long term than damage to my body and wallet.My first hand recommendation for moderate to severe adult acne. While in the shower, use this product, rinse, then use Oxy Maximum Daily Face Wash w/ 10% Benzoyl Peroxide (same amount of BP as the MD wash) and rinse. If starting during a severe breakout, perform 2x per day but no more (because of skin drying). You should see results within 2-3 days and clear skin within 1-4 weeks (depending on severity of the infection). Finally, listen to your body before...

Great as a daily scrub!
I've been using Neutrogena deep clean invigorating foaming scrub for about two months now and have become quite attached to it! Recently I read about how important it is for people of a certain age to exfoliate their skin daily and so I bought this scrub to give it a try. I am happy with the results!I also like the energizing microbeads with tingly cool lather. This feels great at the end of the day.A 4.2 fluid ounce tube lasts me just over a month, using it every night. I plan on continuing to use this product!

This is the best facial soap in the world
Compared to everything I've tried anyway.Those little baubles inside feel like they're cleaning off your dead skin as well. And it smells minty or eucalyptic -very clean. There never seems to be any - and I mean any dirt left on my face after using this soap. My only complaint about this product is I wish it was in a pump form so that I didn't have to open the top and squeeze it out on my wet hands. It gets kind of messy. But that's an extremely minor inconvenience.

I am 32 years old and have been suffering from VERY oily, acne prone skin since I was a teen. I have tried everything under the sun, proactiv, clinique, accutane, retin a, you name it I did it, but to no avail, I still had break outs and oily skin. Basic Scrub
I like Neutrogena products and I like this scrub, but in my experience it's just that.It will clean oily skin (I require a moisturizer afterward) and it smells great; light and fruity. But had a period of adult acne that presented itself as blackheads and this scrub really didn't do anything to improve the condition. I've used it off and on for 3+ years but in a real skin situation, there are more effective creams out there.

Smells great
I love that this scrub smells nice and is gentle, but doesn't seem to be helping my breakouts yet hence the 4 stars. I haven't had it long so I'll update as needed over the next few weeks. The price is right and it seems gentle so I am relatively happy, but ready to stop breaking out like a teenager :(

Smells nice, and effective, but be careful how you use it.
First of all, the pink grapefruit scent is awesome.And, used properly as an anti-acne cleanser, it works great. Used improperly, it can lead to dryness and increased breakouts.Acne is caused by the bacteria that builds up when trapped oil and skin cells accumulate under clogged pores. To treat acne, you must clear those pores and eliminate bacteria. Salicylic acid-containing products slough off cells from the top layer of the skin, helping you keep your pores clear. With all those dead cells cleared away, however, you're also thinning out your body's natural barrier against bacteria.The trick is, you need to wash away dirt and make use of the gentle exfoliation the salicylic acid allows, without taking so much off that you're weakening the skin's ability to protect. For my skin, one full pump is way too much, I use about a 1/3rd of a pump and dilute with some water before using.You only get so far with just a cleanser. To really treat...

Same ingredients as MURAD & just as effective....
This has the same cleaning power as regular Neutrogena but with a much better smell. I noticed with the orange version that my skin had a medical smell to it. This grapefruit scent is more than acceptable and leaves my skin feeling clean and tight. It does a good job of removing make-up. The 2% salicylic acid is the same strength and cleans as well as Murad, but for far less cost. The other Murad substitute that NEutrogena has is the Rapid Clear 3-in-1 Acne Treatment, which is equivalent to Murad's 2% salicylic acid gel (but again at a much lower cost.) These two products used at night, combined with an SPF 30 moisturizer in the day, make my skin very clear. You have to just continue it even as the gel "boils" the acne to the surface at first. Once the skin is clear, if you continue to use these, then your skin will stay clear. Much less expensive than MURAD!

Good scent
I like sleeping with a clean face because your face gets oily and picks up a lot of dirt during the day and I don't like the thought of wiping all that stuff off on to my pillow when I sleep.I don't use soap because it drys up your face so I tried this.1) I like the tube because it's easy to use.2) Cleans nicely and doesn't leave your face dry.3) I usually don't like strong scented stuff but sometimes you just need some scent to cover up assorted smells you pick up during the day.I recommend this mainly because of 2), i.e. it doesn't dry your face up but still cleans nicely.

Above average product, but beware of shipping damage
Let me start by reviewing the product itself. Full disclosure: I am most definitely not a face wash aficionado. I've never found a face wash that I felt was far superior to the rest, and I don't think that this one is particularly special. But I have found face washes that were clearly inferior to the rest, and I have found face washes that were ludicrously overpriced. This is my favorite liquid soap - does the job, rinses off easily, and smells wonderful.I've been having a terrific problem finding the scented version of Neutrogena's liquid soap. Stores only have the fragrance-free formula these days - none carry the original scented version anymore. If you want it, you have to order it online.
