I have been using this product for years (including its predecessor). i am in my 40s and still get carded. i started using it once a week but now use almost every day in the shower as a mask. helps with fine lines, breakouts, firming and even skin tone. i have sensitive skin, so fantastic that there is no fragrance.

Great Product
I really like this product, have been using it for a while. Leaves your skin noticeably smooth and soft. I am in my 50s and like how it deep cleans my skin and most of all, how it minimizes my pores. I highly recommend this product, it's a great value for the price!

Best Pick-Me-Up Mask on the Market!
I have been using this mask for the last 5 years. If I have a big event or important meeting, I MUST use this mask that day. I wash my face and apply this mask after getting out of the shower. The cooling feeling energizes me and prepares the skin well for applying makeup. I leave the mask on until it's dry (about 10 min) and then rinse off and apply moisturizer.It plumps my skin so beautifully that EVERY TIME I USE IT, people compliment me on my skin! Literally, every time. My skin looks more supple, younger and fresh. I use expensive creams -- even $250 Creme de la Mer - but this simple basic is a STAPLE in my cabinet. I couldn't go without it!I'm so happy to see it sold here on Amazon, as you can no longer find it in drugstores. I hope Neutrogena will manufacture this product again -- as I will do anything to find it and use it for the rest of my life. I can't speak more highly of this fabulous, refreshing, energizing mask.

Best benzoyl peroxide treatment, much cheaper than Proactiv
Proactiv is wildly overpriced, but people swear by it - but they're only really swearing by benzoyl peroxide. I have a regimen that's actually better, since it provides sun protection when you go outside. Just google - any sort of acne ingredient makes your skin sensitive to the sun, and if you DON'T use an spf every day, you're at greater risk for skin cancer!Clear Pore is 3.5% benzoyl peroxide in a creamy, calming cleanser. It's the absolute best and cheapest cleanser for the money. It's not the greatest mask, though, since it doesn't have the right ingredients for a mask. Use Clear Pore combined with a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide gel or cream at night - acne dot org works, or Proactiv's lotion only (which you can buy on Amazon, much cheaper than the Proactiv website). Solvere Acne clearing gel is also 2.5% benzoyl peroxide.Use a sulphur/clay mask once a week (after you've steamed your face in the shower or with a hot washcloth held over your face) to really clear...

Great for adults with acne.
I still have acne as an adult, and I searched forever for a product that had benzoyl peroxide as the active ingredient because it doesn't over dry my skin. This cleanser goes a long way on your face; you don't need alot of it. It doesn't burn, but it can got warm if left on as a mask. This product has helped me get my acne under control and to a minimum. I use it twice daily (morning and night) and maybe a third time, depending on my activities during the day. Warning: It will burn like fire in your eyes.

It works as it claims !!!
I have very oily skin and for last twelve years I have tried so many different brands but my face gets shiny right within half an hour. This one is the best cleanser so far. I was surprised to see the results. However, one trick is that after using this scrub I have to wash again with other cleanser to wash away the oil this scrub has extracted from pores. I highly recommend this and I am waiting for Neutrogena to come up with some sort of shine control moisturizer based on same rice protein technology.

I have extremely oily skin, and this was just an on the spot buy... I got it for $8.99 at a beauty supply store, and thought, hmph... I have tons of masques that I love.. that all claim to work wonders for oils and clogged pores... So I had no intention on actually using this product in my facial regimen... I tried it as a cleanser first... And it was alright. The product has tiny scrubbers in it, that arent too harsh... They lightly exfoliate, and arent too abrasive... It definitely left my skin with a nice, natural matte finish, but I didn't like the slight residue it left on my skin... Nonetheless, it did help to reduce shine... Second, I tried it as a masque. I am a big fan of two other masques that I own and wasnt expecting much from this... I must say... This is perfect as a daily pre washing masque... Skin-smoothing miracle
OK, these look funny and they are not cheap but they are truly effective -- my sensitive, rough skin looks smoother and brighter for days. Also nice effects even on my 80.y.o. mom's skin-- smoother, tighter and brighter. I like this product.
It's been almost a year since I started using this product, and I really like it a lot. It's very soothing when I put on the cloth mask, and my skin looks smooth and radiant the next day after I use the mask. Works wonders!
I've been using this product for a few years now, and I wouldn't go a day without it. I have acne prone skin and this stuff really helps to slough off dead cells and prevent breakouts. I actually use it as my main cleanser because soap can be drying and this stuff is very mild. Has a pleasant scent which is rare for a toner! I just use a cotton pad, wipe, and moisturize. Done! Easy. I've noticed a big difference in the appearance of my pores and general skin tone. But don't be discouraged if you don't immediately see results - I only noticed results after a few weeks of steady use (once-twice/day).

Wonderful Toner!!
I have been using this toner for a couple of weeks and I am really pleased! I am 44 years old and I have dark acne scars. These scars have started to lighten up and my complextion have a wonderful glow and clearer look. I don't have any wrinkles but I really have noticed a difference in my complextion. This toner also pulls the dirt out of my skin as well. I don't think the smell is strong at all.

This Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner left my face feeling clean and fresh and didn't dry my skin out like some other toners do. This product claims to reduce the appearance of pores and lines, which I didn't really notice, but maybe you have to use it for longer. Though this toner had a fairly strong medicinal fragrance, I didn't find the odor objectionable and it seemed to dissipate rather quickly after application. I'll continue to use this and see if the appearance of my pores improves.
