awesome product
So I've been using this a little less than two weeks, and I must say, it's worked better than many of the more expensive counterparts I've tried in a shorter amount of time. This lotion basically works as a moisturizer with the exfoliant AHA [alpha hydroxy acids], and I never really gave the idea of putting aha's on my skin because I thought my sensitive skin would go nuts but hey! my skin feels smoother than a baby's butt. [...]So I went and got it and I tried some on my face right away. It STUNG! And I was like, "hmm... let's give it a few more days."Granted you do experience stinging at first, but I stopped feeling it in a week [I only use it once a day since I have the spf version]So it's day 12, and my skin feels so good and smooth and clean looking that I feel compelled to write this review!

Fantastic moisturizer
I was so relieved to find this product on Amazon after not being able to find it in any of the stores in the UK when I moved from America. I've been using it for the last 2 years and have never found another moisturizer that gives my skin such a healthy glow and prevents breakouts and fades my freckles as well as this one. Only problem is that in winter I sometimes have to use a richer moisturizer once a day instead because the alpha-hydroxy can be a little bit drying. Overall great product though.

Not for face but great for sun damaged skin
I purchased this for my face but never used it because it's a bit strong and burns slightly when you put it on your face. So it sat in my closet for a year or so and then I decided I either needed to use it or throw it away. I started putting it on my arms after taking a shower and I was amazed that within a few days the skin on my arms started looking better. I have some sun damage due to spending too much time in the sun and I've tried other creams that were suppose to be for sun damage but this one is the only one that really works. So while I can't necessarily recommend it for face use (it just seems too strong), I can HIGHLY recommend it for sun damage on the rest of your skin.

The Best
I have been using this product for many years. I am in my late fifties and no wrinkles yet. Yes, many factors contribute to healthy skin such as using sun block, a healthy diet and exercise. But this cream definitely helped to lighten age spots. You can spend a lot more on other miracle cream. But this is a great product for a reasonable price. I use Pond's dry skin cream on top of this product in the winter. It is not necessary to spend a fortune for beautiful skin. This cream has worked well for me over the years.

Awesome!!!
This stuff is awesome. I'm 26 and I look much younger. I've been using this product for several months. It is the only moisturizing agent that I can use on my nose without causing pimples! yay! It's also amazing what it does for skin tone, texture, firmness and wrinkles. I hardly wear makeup anymore on a day to day basis. I am so, so pleased with this product.My only minor complaint is that it's a little thick and I found it hard to use only a "pea sized amount" to cover my whole face and neck. I have found that mixing it with a tiny bit of my Dead Sea Minerals Vitamin C serum/gel allows me to spread the "pea sized amount" all over with no problem.If you start using this product, make sure you use sunscreen all the time during the day. The Retinol makes your skin really sensitive and you can get some nasty burns with very little exposure. Also, be prepared for a few days of red, irritated skin when you first use it. Stuff works
I'm 48 yrs old and my face has unfortunately been showing signs of age - dark spots and wrinkles - over the past several years. Acne also have returned after not having had them since I was a teenager. Anyway, I decided to give this product a try as the reviews were so good, but I had reservations because I've been disappointed with things that have had good reviews in the past (one of them being the Neutrogena Ageless Intensives Tone Correcting Moisture lotion - greasy yucky feeling).This product was not one of those. This stuff works. I don't know if it's because my face was in such horrible condition that just two nights of use and I could tell the difference in the size of my pores, my skin tone was more even, and my face was smoother and not so bumpy looking. My acne have also cleared up. I definitely would continue to use this product as long as it's available and continue to do as well as it has.

This product is great. At first, I thought it was a little thick...then, after using it for a fewdays, people have been commenting on how great my skin looks! It Works !
I started using this product about 10 days ago. I can't believe the differencein my skin. The fine lines around my eyes and also the little "bags" under them havediminished. My skin feels and looks wonderful. I love the fact that it also has a 30SPF in it and it goes on easily. I use it on my neck and chest as well. It leaves a niceglow to the skin. (another little secret I have been doing at night..instead of using a moisturizer I havebeen using extra virgin olive oil....you will be amazed at the results )

I am sold on it forever now!
I have been a loyal Olay customer for well over ten years and have been using their Definity night restorative cream for years along with a form of Retina regularly. Admittedly, I got this Neutrogena free to try from the Vine Program but that is not why I like it so much. I am 44 and my skin has SOME wrinkles, and considerable discoloration from redness(no porcelian skin like when I was young). My skin is also extremely oily, prone to adult acne and I am beyond pale but otherwise think my skin has faired pretty well. I have become pretty skeptical of skin products and basically just gave up fads and stuck with Olay and Retina. Well maybe someone dropped a hallucinagen in my coffee but I swear I noticed better skin the next morning. I actually made myself hold off on writing this reveiw to make sure it wasn't just the result of a good nights sleep. After several days even the big crease between my eyes isn't as deep, and the discoloration has lessened almost to the point I can go...

Feels really good on my skin
My 57-year-old skin is very sensitive and VERY dry. I've never liked to use creams on my face because they either sit there on the surface or feel greasy or are too smelly or get in my eyes or break my face out. This Neutrogena moisturizer does none of the above.When I first put it on my face, my skin literally felt grateful; I don't know how else to say it. There was no heavy odor, and my skin drank the moisturizer in like it was dying of thirst. It probably was! The first night, I kept putting on more until I felt my skin had had enough. Light and Lovely
I have dry and very sensitive skin, and not many skin creams work for me; Neutrogena's Continuous Hydration Ageless Essentials is a good match for my skin, but not for night use. I would need something much heavier to last the night. It is great for daytime, excellent under makeup, and seems to visibly smooth out my skin and leave it with a nice feel.The consistency is very light and almost has a "whipped" look to it, and the first time I slathered it on my face and neck it was absorbed in seconds. The second (or even third) coat seems to be necessary for me, in order to last through several hours of wear. It has a pleasant aroma, and I especially love it on my neck and upper chest area, which soaks it up like a sponge.Well worth having if you like to vary your face creams and try something new, but don't expect it to be a thick night cream. For me, this product works. I've used it for several years along with the . I also try new products that come on the market, thinking that something else better must be discovered by now, but I always come back to this.I suffer from cystic acne. When I was in my teens and 20s, I paid fortunes to various dermatologists. Luckily, it hasn't been really bad since my 30s, but it does appear now and again even though I'm teetering on 50. If I use products made solely for acne, my face dries up. My cheeks get red and I look like I suffer from rosacea. Miracle in a bottle!
Although this has sunscreen in it, I've been using it at night. I've been told you should use a good moisturizer with retinol at night when your body is actively repairing itself. I've been using this for only four days and the results are unbelievable!I have very fair, sensitive skin with large pores and a lot of redness, especially on my nose. I also have a lot of sun spots, especially near the corners of my eyes and above my upper lip. I think those will be the toughest fix, and I've seen only a slight improvement in them (like I say, it's only been 4 days).The reason I was in such a rush to write this review is because the redness and large pores have been reduced SIGNIFICANTLY - something I never expected and had just learned to live with. My skin is also much smoother looking and feeling, with a noticeable improvement in fine lines already. My skin hasn't looked this good in years! Light and non-greasy
I love this lotion. It goes on pretty lightweight but I can tell it is moisturizing without it getting greasy. I have noticed it helps my complexion a bit, but I still do have many age spots (which I'm assuming a dermatologist would have to get me perscription stuff).Anyways, I love how it's got SPF 30 and that it's not a problem with my oily face and dry cheeks.

One of the best on the market
This product actually does even skin tone with an SPF 30 at a decent price. The only con is that it is a very smallcontainer. I have used a lot of Neutrogena products and for the face this is probably the best.
