the one foundation I trust!
I really love this stuff.I have hormonally-acne-prone, combination skin, and am fair complected. I have some redness in the middle of my face. I generally prefer a light-medium coverage foundation, and use concealer to deal with blemishes.I have tried many, many foundations, from drug store to department store. Working for a counter (Prescriptives, RIP) gave me the opportunity to try a wide variety. I always find myself coming back to this stuff. Even though my skin can be on the drier side, this foundation does NOT dry me out, provided I prep my skin beforehand with moisturizer (I use jojoba oil). It's pretty thin in texture, which means it's easy to work into the skin, and buffs BEAUTIFULLY when set with a powder. I use my powders to up the coverage when needed, and have used both mineral and regular, with great results. It doesn't break me out, which is a miracle, it's actually one of the few products I'm completely unafraid of. I actually see...

Clearest My Skin Has EVER Been!
I purchased this foundation on a whim and couldn't be happier. It has great light-weight coverage and lasts throughout the day. It wasn't until about 1-2 weeks had passed that I realized I hadn't gotten any new pimples since I started using this product. I was so excited. Finally I've found something that works! I have been using mineral powder foundation for the last few years. I have always had moderate-mild acne on my face no matter what regimen I follow. It's very frustrating to be nearly 30 years old and still dealing with acne on a regular basis. Recently I didn't wear the foundation for 3-4 days in a row and ended up with a few (smaller than usual) zits. The good news is that the foundation does a great job covering them up and seems to help them heal faster. I'm hooked.

Amazing but true
I have never had to deal with breakouts before until now. I tried a few products and then someone recommended the Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. I started using that and saw immediate improvement. A few months later while looking at television I saw an ad for this product and since I had such good results with the Acne Was I decided that this product would be a good complement to that. I immediately logged on to the Amazon website and placed the order after determining the shade.I DO NOT REGRET this decision for one minute. I saw a remarkable difference and felt the smoothness return to my skin. I know that this sounds like the typical "can't believe it works" review but I feel like if this product was made especially for me. I will not be using any other product but NEUTROGENA on my face for any reason.This product definitely deserves an award!

Glad I tried it.
I like this powder because it feels light on my face and has pretty good coverage (I have a few acne scars that I wish it would cover better). If you mainly want to even your skin tone and avoid shine, then this is for you.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Foundation
This make up is good for a natural dewy look. I have this in 120 Tan and it is awesome. The consistency is quite runny... and it feels more like a lotion. I try to apply it with my normal make up brush but it doesn't work well. This foundation is something like a lotion and well... Imagine trying to use a make up brush to put lotion on your face.. It just doesn't work well with brushes for some reason... And Idk why... So, for me, this foundation needs to be applied with hands. It's like a tinted moisturizer that provides a little bit more coverage than the average tinted foundation. I was afraid it wouldn't cover my blemishes and acne scars but it did... Really well. It also keeps your face moisturized and hydrated. I would definitely recommend this product for dry or combination skin. As far as the color and tone... I love it! It blends with my skin nicely and it never looks like I am wearing a mask of make up with the wrong shade. I found that neutrogena foundation is perfect for...

Neutrogena is going to make me go broke!
I was skeptical to use this makeup because my skin breaks out easily when I wear concealer or foundation. This makeup is AMAZING. Not only did my skin not break out, but it seems to clear up every time i use it. I think I should start wearing it daily just to clear my skin! As if that weren't enough, it covers very well so I don't even need a concealer when I use this, and it isn't heavy feeling and awful like other foundations I've tried. Plus the color matches my skin perfectly, which can be really hard to find. Overall, I LOVE this product, as I do most of Neutrogenas products. That company is going to make me go broke with all of the great stuff I need to buy!! :)

need more color range
Feels good on and does not aggravate my acne prone skin. Provides enough coverage to even out skin and offers some sun protection. Have been using this for years (recently the packaging changed.) Tried other drug store brands and other Neutrogena bases but I always come back to this. Just wish CVS and Walmart would carry more than 8 colors where I am --- I ended up buying two colors and mixing. It's a bit of a pain and more expensive in one go. Other stores used to carry more colors but, even then, Neutrogena colors tend to be too pink for me --- I don't love my yellow-y complexion but I want my makeup to blend rather than look like a mask with a different skin color from the neck down.

Best Foundation For Me
This is the best foundation I have ever used. I am an oriental and 71 yrs old, naturally I have many wrinkles. This one does not get into creases and caked. I have yellowish skin colour so I use Natural beige and Honey Beige to blend the colour I want.

When liquid makeup is just too much
What keeps me stuck on Neutrogena Mineral Sheers is that, after using it for 6 months or so, I could no longer stand to see myself in liquid makeup. It's not perfect, but no makeup is.My situation: I'm 44 and very light-complected with oily combination skin, mild rosacea, and minor sun damage. My cheeks are dry, but my T-zone is still fairly oily. I have fine lines on my forehead and in my eye area that are virtually invisible when I'm not wearing makeup. Most of the dozen or so liquid foundations I've used in the last 5 years or so have settled into those lines and made them appear deeper, aging me by at least 10 years by the end of the day! And if the foundation is more emollient and doesn't accentuate lines, then it pools in my enlarged pores and forms polka dots across my nose! I'm also finding that, as I age, less makeup is more. i swear by it
i love this foundation. you can control how much coverage you want w/out feeling like its caked-on or TOO sheer. the color matches perfectly and it stays on for hours. as a plus, my skin looks better since ive been using it! ive noticed fewer breakouts and smoother skin.

My face is the clearest it has been in years! I didn't really expect this to work, but I couldn't afford the normal expensive loose mineral powder I normally use, so I just picked something randomly to tide me over until I could. I'm never going back! I've only been using this for a week and my face is so clear! I mean, there are still some blemishes, probably mostly acne scars. However, I used to wake up every day with at least one or two new pimples, and now I've had maybe one this whole week. I use it along with Proactiv (which honestly by itself doesn't do very much). Neutrogena scrubs and cleansers never really helped either. However, I think using Proactiv (benzoyl peroxide) along with this mineral powder (which contains salicylic acid) together probably did the job. I'd definitely recommend this product, but if you have acne problems, try combining 2 or more active ingredient acne-fighting chemicals in any form (cleansers, masks, scrubs, toners, concealer, etc) and see if it...

Love this!
This make up is so nice, leaves your skin feeling smooth. I've had it for two weeks, so far no break outs, even in my acne prone areas on the forehead and around my nose. Doesn't feel cakey or nasty when in humid weather! I love this product, was my first time trying it and I'll keep buying from now on! Works Great with Neutrogena SkinClearing Liquid Foundation!
I have the Neutrogena SkinCLearing Liquid Foundation in Buff (30). I started using this powder yesterday in Natural Ivory (20) because I found that two applications of the Buff (30) made my face too dark and didn't blend well into my neck. This is a great combination for my fair skin, and it glides on flawlessly! My skin looks radiant and doesn't feel heavy at all, even with a liquid AND a powder applied to it. It also feels very healthy, like it can breathe through all the makeup. I would say definitely use this powder, as it provides great coverage without being weighty or clogging your pores. It even comes with a double-sided applicator with one side (orange) for sheer coverage and one side (white) for more complete coverage! I suggest using a brush, though, especially if you're putting it over liquid foundation.

My new favorites; move along Almay
I've used the Almay makeup remover pads (the ones in the small round container) for years. And they have slowly gotten more expensive. So for awhile I switched to gauze pads and an eye-makeup remover solution. Eh - it worked, but I didn't love it like I did the Almay pads. Then, I stumbled across the Neutrogena makeup remover cleansing towelettes. I'm hooked. They are big enough that you can wash your entire face with them and still have a section available to take off your eye makeup (waterproof liner and mascara!) They have a wonderful lavender smell. (I suppose if you don't like lavender you may not like these.) I gave one to my daughter one night because I wanted her to try a new eyeliner, and she came back later and said, "can I have some of those for Christmas?" I will admit they are not cheap. But, the 2 pack of 25 means it lasts me 2 months (there are usually at least a couple days I go without makeup), and I get them on the Subscribe & Save, so it's an even better...

Gets everything off
I haven't tried many make-up removers before, I usually just go with soap and water. These weren't too bad. They removed all my make-up, including mascara and eyeliner. I didn't get that raccoon look that you usually get when you try to remove mascara, which was great.The packs are resealable which is nice, it keeps the towelettes moist. The thing I didn't like about them was as another reviewer remarked, they do leave a slight film on your face. An almost greasy feeling. Also, if I got any of it in my eyes, they would slightly burn.I always did a thorough rinse with water after using them, which took the residue off, but the fact that it left the residue (and slightly irritated my eyes), is what made me give this product 3 stars.
