After 30+ years, this finally did the trick!
I have had acne since I was 13 and I'm in my 40s. It never got better...only accelerated to the point where it became cystic. Please try if you have Rosacea
I have never wrote a review for anything but I think it would be wrong not to tell about my experience w/this. I never thought I would see my skin again. I tried everything thing in the world & my face only got more inflammed. I bought this as I saw pretty good reviews & have been amazed. The first time I used this soap my face looked less red...it has gotten better every day there after. I actually look forward to washing my face with this soap...a task that resulted in pain before. I am not taking my meds & still my face improves everyday. I credit this soap with my face clearing up...please try this if you have Rosacea. I am sure it will not be the answer for everyone however for this price it is worth a shot. Good luck & please give this a try.

I've been using this soap for 6 weeks now
I'm a hairy, rashy person who has a lot of minor allergies. When I read about the mites, I was intrigued. I thought it could be possible that I was having an allergic reaction to the mites' saliva or other excretions, so I had to try this soap.I like to give any new product a month or more before I judge it, and here's what I think:This is the best thing for my skin I've ever found and I consider myself a veteran in the acne war.I'm 40 and I've had acne since I was 12. I used tetracycline and accutane as a teenager. I've used benzoyl peroxide for over 20 years and had a brief stint with retin A.This is the only thing that has made my skin better. the hundreds of rashy forehead bumps are gone.This in itself is miraculous, but the rest of my face has also cleared up.I still get the occasional zit or two but now I can even leave the house without cover up on my face. I'm fine with one or two pimples compared to the red, active 40 I had before...

Yes - it works
I purchased this after reading about it in a women's magazine as a treatment for rosacea. Not only have I recently developed rosacea, but I also had the crazy skin that so many people seem to complain about when they hit menopause. My previously calm and clear skin had morphed into dry patches, oily patches and an occasional viscious outbreak of acne. I never knew what was going to be looking back at me from the mirror. Well - I can honestly say that this oil has helped things get back to normal. I wash my face with a gentle bar soap at night and use 2 drops on each cheek and one drop on my forehead. Within days, the redness had calmed down and some of the bumps on my cheeks had gone down. I'm happy about those things, but the main reason I am giving this such a good rating is that the overall tone and feeling of my skin is back to where it was before - and it happened quickly! I use this as I described above at night and then I use only one drop in each spot in the morning...

I love this stuff!
I am post menopausal and have been plagued with acne breakouts and large pores my whole life. So, believe me when I tell you I would never put oil on my face. I read about Sea Buckthorn oil I decided to give it a try. I am amazed!! I have only used it for about 4 days but already my skin looks good enough to go out without makeup - something I never usually do. My skin looks and feels smoother, my pores are smaller and any pimples I had healed and disappeared. A little goes a long way and absorbs quickly. I use it after I wash on my face and neck in the morning and at night before I go to bed. I have also noticed my crows feet are less noticeable already. I hope with continued use it will also help some of my other little wrinkles as well. I would definitely recommend this product(and already have.)

Works for my rosacea
This oil has been a miracle for my Rosacea. I apply a thin layer on my face before bedtime and also under my makeup every day. I no longer have any rash or bumps on my face. My face is much less red than it was also. Don't confuse this seed oil with the sea buckthorn berry oil. The sea buckthorn SEED oil is the one that works on the Rosacea.

Not a bad soap, but I prefer the Aubrey version...
I bought both the Aubrey Organics Sea Buckthorn Nourishing Bath Bar, and the Sibu Cleanse & Detox soap. By far, I prefer the Aubrey. So if you are considering both of them because of the Sea Buckthorn in them, I really recommend the Aubrey. It leaves you feeling cleaner, it seems to work better, and it smells/feels better too!That being said, the Sibu bar is also a nice bar of soap. The smell is okay, it's not that great, but it does lather nice! I've used it on my face and it works wonderfully and doesn't dry out my skin any more than any facial soap. That's great!I bought this soap because of the sea buckthorn in it... I was looking for something to help with my psoriasis on my arms/body (the little bumps), and so I am going through a sea buckthorn detox to kill off some mites. Whether it works for that or not, I don't know, only time will tell, so far it seems to be slowly clearing up my skin... but we will see!

Just OK
I suffer from mild acne, have some redness etc, and read that the buckthorn berry helps with all kinds of skin conditions including acne. I also was looking for a glow to my face that the entire treatment promises. I bought the entire regimen (soap+repair cream+sofgels+liquid supplement). I have been using the regimen for about 3 weeks now, but honestly I am not that impressed. I like the smell of the soap and it does not leave me feeling too dry, but I have not seen any real improvement in my skin, or a "glow" etc. I will probably not buy again.

great for super dry complexion
This product has been great for my dry face. It is very thickand a little goes a long way. I use it after cleansing my face,followed by astringent, and then apply the cream. I have lostmy problem with scaling skin on my face and can use the newmineral powder makeup.

Great product for rosacea
I bought this in conjunction with the FaceDoctor soap. After one week of use my face looks incredibly better. Beware though that this soap can be a little irritating and drying. That is why after I use the soaps I put on TriDerma Facial Redness Repair Cream several times during the day. Between these three products my face has healed dramatically.
