Flawless Skin! Worked on me the first day, I cleared up all confusion on HOW and why to use it with lots of reading
2nd Update:As you can see from my review, below, I love this little gadget and it worked great. It's been several months now and I still believe blue light therapy is the only thing that works for me...but I had to update this review as I just got the Verilux Clearwave Phototherapy System for Acne which is a new blue light wand. It, quite frankly, is even better. I have no ties to Verilux in any way but this new one is actually 50 times stronger than the ANSR. ANSR has 2 tiny blue bulbs in the head and the Verilux has around 50. You have to move the ANSR all over your face to make it work and with that tiny head it takes a half hour. Twice a day. With the strength and size of my new one, you just put it on one area of your face for three minutes and it's done. The Verilux also has disposable light heads so that when they begin to lose strength or die out (like the bulbs in a tanning bed) you just plop on a new one. This one does not so as these two bulbs get weaker or die you...

Don't waste any more time...the ANSR is an incredible product and does exactly what it claims. I have polycystic ovaries which cause horrible hormonal cystic acne on my chin and I also get regular non-cystic acne everywhere else on my face. The ANSR has gotten rid of all of it. I still use prescription topicals, but even with every prescription available, my skin use to be horrible, with multiple cysts that would last for weeks or months, even after being injected. I started to see results within 2 days and after two weeks my skin was 100% clear. I have not had a single cyst for 3 months and only a couple of very minor whiteheads. ANSR is the best thing I have ever tried, and believe me, I have tried everything and have spared no expense in my quest for clear skin. I've had globular cystic acne since 1975. Tried every prescription and over the counter product, and still was trapped with cysts that had to be injected each month to resolve them...and THIS WORKS!!! I've got a box full of medications I no longer need...just this amazing little light machine.

I like It.
I like it. I like it a lot. I have been using it for a couple weeks and I am quite happy with it. The blue light seems to have helped my acne breakouts a lot that I get because of hormonal changes . I like the fact that it has both red and blue lights and it is very affordable. I did not want to spend a lot of money on something that I wasn't sure about whether I would use consistently or not but I use it regularly and have noticed an improvement even in this short of a time. I think like everything out there sometimes something will work for some people and not for others. I am just happy this seems to be working for me.

Baby Red stops rosacea for me.
I'm 55, with rosacea. This Baby Quasar red was said to be the strongest of the OTC light therapy units. It suggests using $60/oz (yikes!) hyaluronic serum during treatment, but I use it on bare clean skin. Using Baby Quasar, my previous acne-like pustules have stopped appearing, and pores have shrunk. I stopped using other rosacea treatments. I also used Quasar on a scar (one 6 minute treatment), and that area showed obvious peeling.Face treatment is a time-consuming 36 minutes every other day, so I do it while exercising on a leg machine.I like that it has a cord, because battery-operated stuff eventually dies.No overnight miracles. Vigilance likely required, like exercise.

Tedious!
I've had this for two weeks and I can't say for sure whether it is benefiting my appearance. I'll write about that later, but I really wanted to get this review out there.I researched light therapy devices for about a month before I took the $400 plunge. There are quite a few LED devices in the marketplace. I noticed that BQ had the smallest application area, but I was hung up on the fact that BQ has four different light wavelengths, and other devices offer one or two (usually) or three. I didn't think BQ offered good information about this, so I wrote to the company and got some cursory (not useful) information. I went ahead with this product, based on reviews.I wish I had done the sensible thing and gotten a device that either has a larger head on the wand, or a device that delivers light from a small panel display. There were four products that seemed to work well, and several are less expensive than BQ. The BQ is eating a large chunk of my time...
